Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Given the nature of our products—customized, personalized, and made-on-demand—returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with visible flaws (e.g., defective prints, wrong size, or color).
- Significant Differences: If the item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of the above conditions.
Important Conditions
- Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process your request, even if the item is mailed back to us.
