The total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PST (Los Angeles Time)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day.
  • Handling Time: Estimated 2–5 business days depending on order volume.

🚛 Shipping Schedule & Transit Time

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We partner with carriers like USPS, YunExpress, and other logistics providers.
  • Transit Time: Estimated 7–10 business days from the day your package is shipped.

Please note that transit times may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier performance.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items in your cart. The more items you order, the better the shipping value.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your order’s progress in real time.

If your tracking number doesn’t update for more than 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.


❗ Address Issues & Delivery Failures

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Packages refused by recipient

If your package is returned to us due to address errors or failed delivery, we will reach out to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a solution (e.g., replacement or refund) based on the case.
