✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the conditions below:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • We also accept exchanges for the same product type if inventory allows.

📦 How to Return Your Order

We offer a by-mail return process with the following steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@azekum.com to request a return.
  2. We will send you a free downloadable return label.
  3. Print and attach the label to your return package.
  4. Drop the package at your nearest postal facility.

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or a replacement of the same product, please let us know during the return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate if stock is available.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be:

  • Processed within 10 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • No restocking fees will be charged

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse

  • Azekum is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit if not using our provided label.
