✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the conditions below:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
- We also accept exchanges for the same product type if inventory allows.
📦 How to Return Your Order
We offer a by-mail return process with the following steps:
- Contact our support team at support@azekum.com to request a return.
- We will send you a free downloadable return label.
- Print and attach the label to your return package.
- Drop the package at your nearest postal facility.
🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or a replacement of the same product, please let us know during the return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate if stock is available.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be:
- Processed within 10 business days
- Issued to the original payment method
- No restocking fees will be charged
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse

- Only products purchased directly from Azekum.com are eligible for returns.
- Azekum is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit if not using our provided label.
- We do not accept in-person returns.
